Short introduction

ZERV is DK’s newest racquet brand. You may have seen the two owners, Mikkel and Torben, on Shark Tank, where they secured an investment from Jesper Buch and Jan Lehrmann.

In addition to their own brand, ZERV operates 10 different webshops offering everything a racquet sports enthusiast could wish for, including padel, badminton, tennis, speedminton, and squash equipment.

I met Mikkel and Torben three years ago and have since acted as their external digital advisor, responsible for SEO, link building, and Facebook advertising.

Additionally, I have prepared reports for the board.

Solution

I have managed the execution of their advertising on both Facebook and Instagram, in Denmark and Sweden.

I have also set up dashboards to monitor the company’s digital performance and contributed to preparing their appearance on Løvens Hule. Furthermore, I have worked on training team members to manage SEO independently and better equip them to scale an e-commerce business as budgets grow.

I have monthly meetings with Mikkel and Torben and am proud to see how far the project has come since I first met these two determined guys three years ago.

I base my approach on your business. I analyze your data—how can we take your current revenue or size to the next level?

  • Are there potential growth hacks?
  • Is everything set up correctly?
  • Where can we scale, and what can we cut back on?

These are the questions I ask myself and my clients, whom I truly consider as partners.
